For decades, I have been advocating fair and equitable property taxation. During this time, I discovered a systemic error in the methodology being used to appraise owner-occupied, single-family homes. The error results in approximately 98% of single-family, owner-occupied, homes being illegally appraised. Maintaining this illegality violates the protections afforded us by the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, as well as breaching the state and federal Uniformity Clause. This led me to perfecting a unique method of identifying and correcting this type of disproportionality. My method is presently patent pending. What you'll need

  • Your property will have to qualify. It must be an owner-occupied, single-family, detached, stick built home, and situated in any state other than California.
  • The online form should take you less than two (2) minutes.
  • You'll receive your 15-page PTK-Abatement Package as a .PDF file attachment via email.
